COBRA Administration
National Penn Insurance, in partnership with Insurance Administrators of America (IAA), will assume responsibility for COBRA administration. Our services include timely notification of COBRA rights to employees and/or beneficiaries, COBRA acceptance processing, distribution of monthly payment coupons, accounts receivable tracking, and all necessary communication with the principle health care plan.
Assistance with Human Resource Related Issues
We are positioned to assist employers with human resource related concerns and questions relating to Family Leave, COBRA, HIPAA, employment practices, and more.
Alternative Funding Arrangements
Our consultants will evaluate your current funding arrangement to determine if self-funding is a viable course of action. In addition, the consultant will explore the creative use of higher deductibles and co-pays while possibly establishing a reimbursement program through a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
